How to Order:
1. Wait for us to DM you (for mine basis claims).
2. Submit an order form (stated in the tweet).
3. Wait for us to send a confirmation email. Please check if your information is correct.
4. Pay for your order and send proof of payment via email. Payment information is stated in the confirmation email.
5. Wait until your order has arrived in PH.
6. A local shipping form will be sent in your email when your item arrives.
7. Submit the LS form and get back to the masterlist 1-2 days after you submitted the form either for the Shopee Checkout Link or Shipping Fee Quotation.
8. LSF COD is available for Shopee Checkout and same day delivery couriers only. Please inform us if you would like to book your own SDD to save on shipping (such as promos).
9. Have yours delivered within the week AFTER sending the proof of payment in email thread. Same payment information applies unless stated otherwise.

3. How is album/pob pooling done?
By payment time and date. The earlier you pay, the more likely you'll receive your preferred members.
4. Is it safe to use Shopee Checkout?
Please use it at your own risk. We will only put the packaging materials fee as its price listing so if ever the parcel goes missing or damaged, only the price listed will be refunded by Shopee. For expensive items, we suggest you to avoid this.
5. Do you offer other services?
Yes. We do pahanap, pasabuy, and MM consolidation. How to avail: DM us.
6. ETA: ALL ITEMS ARE UNDER NORMAL ETA. What is Normal ETA and how does monthly group orders work? Do they really take weeks or even months to arrive?
Yes it really takes months (3-4 months at most)We ship by box per month and we usually have to fill up that box in that given time frame before it is shipped. After a month, it would take our consolidator to pack the items in our box to avoid damage when it comes to shipping and this would take a week or two depending on the volume my consolidator has to handle.After this, it will be forwarded to the sea cargo company where they also fill up the container that they use to ship from Korea to the Philippines, this would also take a week or two depending on how fast the courier fills up their container.After this, the shipment usually takes a couple of weeks to arrive in the Manila port and then will be stored in the shipping company's warehouse until it is delivered to the ACE PH teams' houses.

What is Pahanap?
If you can't find your desired items on official websites, we will look for it through other sources for you. This is mostly for unsealed albums, photocards, and other rare items. You will be the one who will transact with the KR seller. Pahanap is only charged when we successfully connect you to the seller.
*If it will be us who will transact with the seller, it will be yangdo assistance.
What is Pasabuy?
This is the box sharing for a Korean address. We do this to fill up our box for a month and have it shipped immediately to prevent delays due to space that should still be filled up. We can teach you how to purchase from official sites and sellers (yangdo).
